We plan to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however during busy times there may be a slight delay in this instant we will contact to you to keep you informed. If you pay by cheque we will ship your order once your cheque has cleared What if I receive my goods and do not like them? Under the Distant Selling Regulations you have a cooling off period of 7 days after you receive your goods, if you decide you dont like them, then please return them to us in a brand new and unopened condition and we will send you a full refund. Please note we do not refund the postage costs if you have simply changed your mind about an item. All items must be securely packaged. If any are returned to us in a damaged condtion you will need to make a claim from the carrier you have used. What if my goods arrive damaged? All items are checked and securely pacjed before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging along with the goods and inform us immediatly, if the items have been damaged in transit we will need to make a claim from the carrier, they may require the goods returned for inspection along with the packaging, you will be kept informed of any claim we may need to make. If the goods are faulty we will require them back to see if the fault is a design fault we will then need to return them to our supplier. If goods are faulty by design we will refund your postage costs. If any item has been tampered with by a third party we will not accept any returns on that item. How do I create an account? Take the link on the left to the My Account page. If you are not logged in already, it will automatically ask you to login or create an account.
