
Customer Service and Returns Policy
Shipping: All items are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If however you are paying by cheque please allow time for the cheque to clear, we do not ship items until payment has cleared in full. If there is likely to be any delay in sending your item you will be notified by email
International Orders: We ship from the U.K. so if you’re ordering from another country please bear this in mind when calculating delivery time
Returns: Items must be returned in an unused condition and suitable for resale within 7 working days.Once the item is received, we will refund you in full for the items cost, we do not refund for shipping or postage if the item is being returned due to change of mind
Damaged Merchandise: Merlina.co.uk acts in full accordance with the Distant Selling Regulations. For more information on this please visit or telephone your local trading standards office, more information can be found on our FAQ page. International orders that are not sent insured at customers request will not be covered for damages or loss. Most carriers will not compensate for damage to glass items.
Back Ordered and Discontinued Items: We try to keep our catalogue as nice and tidy as possible. However, certain items may not be in stock at the time of ordering and some of these items will get discontinued without notice. In these cases we’ll refund you in full when we get notice of a particular items status. Please note holding an item in your cart DOES NOT reserve it for you, if you keep items in your cart for any length of time they may be out of stock or discontinued by the time you eventually check out with them
